Will not work for iPad

I have download this app and it says that its iPad compatible, but its not functioning right. I tried to send an email and it just goes back to the home screen shutting off the application. I like the idea of this application, if it worked.

I also contacted your online support a week ago, but no one ever returned my request for help. I am disappointed that the app is not working, but I am more disappointed that your company does not return requests for help.
